Super Regionals A Great Way To Promote Bringing Back Football
Right off the bat, (no baseball pun intended) congratulations to Dave Serrano and the entire Cal State Fullerton baseball team for advancing to the NCAA Baseball Super Regionals. The Titans will take on the Stanford Cardinal in a best of three games series with the winners punching their ticket to Omaha, Nebraska for the College World Series.
The eyes of the nation will be on Fullerton, Calif. this weekend with ESPN and ESPN2 broadcasting all three games. Wouldn’t it be great if the TV cameras caught someone in the stands holding up a sign promoting the return of Titan Football? (Click on the image to see an example of what I mean.)
Fullerton hosting a nationally televised Super Regional is an outstanding opportunity to gain some much needed exposure and momentum for our effort to bring back Titan Football. If there is anyone out there going to the games this weekend that believes in this cause, help us promote our message by making a sign and trying to get it on TV. You never know who might be watching that could help further this effort and help us get one step closer to getting our team back and on the field at Fullerton.

The Long Beach State fans complain that Duck gave too much props to the Titans. If that table was turned and Jerred Weaver were in the booth calling for the 49ers, wouldn’t he be doing the same? What about the Goydos 49er cap commotion? In fact the Long Beach fans were so hyped about that, I did not even know how Goydos finished in the tournament…
